Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
